We are a rapidly growing CPA firm looking for a talented and experienced bookkeeper who enjoys client interaction. At Plugged-IN CPA Accounting and Tax our clients are our focus. As a Senior Bookkeeper you will manage the relationships and financial needs of multiple clients.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reconciliations in a timely manner

• Review, understand and monitor clients internal financial controls and procedures

• Manage AP/AR

• Review and remit HST

• Processing of payroll and all related payroll tax filings and reports

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports

• Prepare cash flow and KPI reporting as needed

• Software setup and training on such systems as Xero, Quickbooks Online and Sage

• Regular communication with clients to review their financial and accounting activities.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Strong organizational skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Experience in Xero, Quickbooks Online and Sage is considered an asset

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to review and understand financial reports
